Exterior Rehab:

• Focus: to minimize ocean facing building facade from being dominated by awnings and to make the restaurant look more welcoming, while maintaining a timeless feel.

• Install a pergola and linear cedar planter boxes to help maintain the spill over of plants while keeping the ocean views unobstructed throughout. 

• Upgraded exterior lighting for more building prominence at night.
